Is Lull medical advice?

No. Lull times your waves and shows the common 5-1-1 pattern in plain words. Your midwife's advice always wins. If something feels wrong, call now, whatever the app says.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open the unlock screen and tap "Restore purchases". Your purchase follows your Apple account, so it comes back free of charge.

Why does the lock screen show the timer?

That is the Live Activity. It keeps the current wave and your pattern visible without unlocking your phone. It ends when you start a new session, or on its own a few hours after the last update.

Does my data leave my phone?

No. Waves, sessions, and your midwife's number live on your phone only. Deleting the app deletes them too.
